We deliver within a 40 km radius of our kitchen in Gaur City-1, Greater Noida West — that covers all of Greater Noida West/Noida Extension, most of Noida (Sectors 18, 62, 137 and more), Ghaziabad (Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara, Crossings Republik), Greater Noida, and parts of East Delhi like Mayur Vihar. Enter your pincode or address at checkout and we'll confirm the delivery fee and estimated time for your exact location before you pay.

By default our cakes, pastries and bakes are prepared eggless. If a specific item's recipe uses egg, we mark it clearly on the product page — please check the allergen and egg information there, or message us on WhatsApp before ordering if you need certainty for a specific occasion.

Yes — use the Custom Cake page to tell us the occasion, flavour, size and design you have in mind. We'll get back to you with a price and confirm availability. Custom cakes need a longer lead time than our regular menu (48 hours minimum), so please plan ahead, especially around festivals and weekends.

Most items on our regular menu need at least 24 hours' lead time so we can bake fresh. Custom cakes need 48 hours. During busy periods (Rakhi, Diwali, wedding season) we recommend ordering 3-4 days ahead — our capacity calendar will only show delivery dates and slots we can actually fulfil, so if a date isn't available, it genuinely means we're full that day.

We currently accept payment via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI app) — tap the pay button on your phone or scan the QR code on desktop to pay directly to our verified UPI ID. After paying, enter the 12-digit UPI reference number from your payment app so we can confirm receipt. We do not store any card details, and card payments are not handled by us directly.

You can cancel an order yourself from your order status page as long as it hasn't been confirmed yet (i.e., while it shows as pending payment or awaiting approval). Once we've confirmed and started baking, cancellations aren't possible since the ingredients are already committed. To change items, quantities, or the delivery date/slot before confirmation, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Our kitchen regularly handles wheat/gluten, milk/dairy, nuts (walnut, peanut) and soy. Every product page lists the specific allergens for that item, and items containing peanuts or walnuts carry a visible nut badge. If you or a guest has a severe allergy, please message us directly before ordering — our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility.

It varies by product — cakes, pastries, muffins and cupcakes are best refrigerated and eaten within 2-4 days; tea cakes and brownies keep for 3-5 days in an airtight container; cookies keep the longest, up to 15 days airtight. Exact shelf life is listed on every product page — please check it and store your order accordingly as soon as it arrives.

Yes — we regularly supply cookie boxes, muffin trays and mini-cake assortments for office celebrations, team events and corporate gifting, especially around Sector 62 and Sector 18 in Noida. For bulk orders (10+ boxes or a mixed assortment), message us on WhatsApp with your requirement, delivery date and location, and we'll quote a price and confirm capacity — bulk orders need more lead time than a regular order.

Our festival hamper includes an assortment of dry cakes, chocolate cookies, double chocolate cookies, stuffed dates and chocolate bars, packed together as a ready-to-gift box. It's available in season around Rakhi and other festivals — check the Hampers page for current availability. We can also customise the mix on request; message us before ordering.

It depends on your distance from our kitchen. Within 8 km (Gaur City, Noida Extension, Crossings Republik, and similar) there's no minimum order. Beyond that, a minimum applies per delivery tier — ₹400 for 8-15 km, ₹700 for 15-25 km, and ₹1,000 for 25-40 km — shown clearly at checkout once you enter your address. Pastries have a separate minimum: at least 4 pieces per order, since a single pastry isn't worth a delivery run.

Delivery fees range from ₹60 to ₹290 depending on distance, and are waived entirely on orders above ₹1,500 within our nearest two delivery tiers (up to 15 km). The exact fee for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — nothing is added afterward.

We book deliveries through Porter, a third-party logistics partner, for every order. Once your order is confirmed and ready, we manually book a Porter pickup from our kitchen to your address — this is not a fully automated dispatch system, so delivery timing can vary with rider availability and traffic. You'll get updates on your order status page as your delivery moves along.

Yes — every order gets a private status page (a link sent to you after checkout) where you can see the current status: payment received, confirmed, baking, ready, out for delivery, or delivered. No account or login is needed; just keep the link. You'll also receive updates by email as the status changes.
