Delivery Policy

Everything we bake is delivered fresh, on the day and in the slot you choose at checkout. Here's exactly how it works.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver within approximately 40 km of our kitchen at H Block, 1st Avenue, Gaur City 1, Greater Noida West, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301. In practice, this covers Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and parts of East Delhi.

At checkout, enter your address or pincode and the site will tell you immediately whether we deliver there, along with the delivery fee and minimum order for your location. If you're outside our 40 km range, we're honest about it — we won't take an order we can't fulfil properly.

2. Delivery fees and minimum order

Delivery fee and minimum order value both depend on how far you are from our kitchen, in a straight line:

Free delivery on orders over ₹1,500 if you're within 15 km of our kitchen.

These fees cover our courier cost and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden charges added later.

3. Lead time

Because everything is baked fresh to order, we need advance notice:

• Standard items (cakes off our menu, pastries, cookies, muffins, brownies, cupcakes, tea cakes, hampers): 24 hours' lead time.
• Custom cakes: also 24 hours' lead time — please share your occasion, flavour and design brief as early as you can so there's time for a quick design conversation before we start baking.

The checkout calendar only shows dates that respect this lead time and our remaining capacity for that day — if a date isn't shown, we genuinely can't bake for it, usually because we're already at capacity or it's too soon.

4. Delivery slots

Choose one of four delivery slots when you check out:

• 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

We aim to deliver within your chosen slot. Delivery is currently coordinated with our courier partner for each order individually, so timing can occasionally be affected by traffic or courier availability — we'll contact you by phone or WhatsApp if we expect a meaningful delay.

5. How your order reaches you

Orders are handed to a third-party delivery/courier partner for the final leg from our kitchen to your door. Please make sure someone is available at the address during your chosen slot, and that your phone is reachable — our courier or we may call to confirm the drop-off.

We currently do not offer self-pickup from the kitchen; all orders go out for delivery.

6. Packaging

Cakes and pastries are packed in sturdy food-grade boxes suited for transport, with cakes boxed and taped to minimise movement. Even so, home-kitchen deliveries by two-wheeler courier are not as controlled as a large bakery's own fleet — if anything arrives damaged, see our Cancellation and Refunds page for how we handle that, including the same-day photo requirement.

7. Delivery charges are non-refundable once dispatched

If an order has already been picked up by our courier for delivery, the delivery fee is not refundable, even where a product refund is issued for a genuine quality or damage issue — the delivery effort has already been incurred on our side.

8. Order tracking

After checkout, your private order status link is shown on screen, and you can see your order's status there — accepted, baking, out for delivery, delivered — without needing to log in.

Save that link before you close the tab. Bookmark it, or tap the WhatsApp button on the same screen to send us your order: that message includes the tracking link, so a copy stays in your own WhatsApp chat. We do not send the link by email. If you do lose it, message us on WhatsApp at +91 96542 82170 with your order number and we will send it across.
